Törngren Magnell has assisted Granen Fastighetsutveckling in its acquisition of Mellby Center in Laholm from Eurocommercial Properties.
Mellby Center has e.g. ICA Maxi and shops like Apotek Hjärtat, Kappahl, Lindex and Dressman, and is situated in a very good retail area with almost one million visitors per year and with substantial development opportunities.
