TM & Partners has assisted Bokoop with the divestment of cooperative tenancies in Nykvarn to Trenum

TM & Partners has assisted Bokoop with the divestment of a real estate development project in Nykvarn, comprising of several housing units with a total of 145 cooperative tenancies. Bookoop is a housing cooperative aiming to create socially and environmentally sustainable housing for young adults. Trenum, jointly owned by Tredje AP-fonden and Balder, is the buyer and financer of the project. In connection with the divestment, Bokoop also entered into a long lease agreement (Swe. blockhyresavtal) for 25 years with Trenum concerning the cooperative tenancies.
