TM & Partners has assisted OBOS in the purchase of an attractive project property in central Nacka

TM & Partners has assisted OBOS, in the purchase of a residential project property (Elverkshuset), one of the largest residential projects in the central part of Nacka. The purchase is part of Obos’ ambitious planned investment to double its residential production in Sweden from 1,500 to 3,000 units per 2026, with an increased focus on large city areas.
